Eee PC hin, Eee PC her. Asus gibt sich derzeit viel Mühe mit neuen Netbooks und hat deshalb die veraltete 9 Zoll Serie mit Celeron Prozessoren aufgestockt. Im neuen Eee PC 901 steckt eine Intel Atom CPU, die zwar nicht höhere Performance, aber eine längere Akkulaufzeit verspricht. Zusätzlich führt Asus mit dem Eee PC 901 das neue "Glamour"-Design mit abgerundeten Kanten und glänzender Oberfläche ein. Versprochen wird auch eine extrem lange Akkulaufzeit von bis zu 8 Stunden. Und mit dem Modell Eee PC 901 GO steht auch schon eine Version mit modernstem UMTS-Standard in den Startlöchern, allerdings nur bei Partnern von T-Mobile erwerb- und im T-Mobile Netz (Netlock) verwendbar.
